In 2013 I was privileged to be invited to help out Oaklodge school in Southampton in working towards a live drumming performance for Children In Need. Working with these children has inspired me to develop my teaching further in support of improved mental health and wellness.
I have been playing drums for 45 years in many different genres. Today, I play for fun and relaxation whilst challenging myself to improve both as a drummer and in my understanding of emerging technology that supports my performance. Above, is an example of my performance set up which is a hybrid of acoustic and electronic drums.
